摘  要:针对目前膏体充填技术在控制地表沉陷中难以保持充填膏体长期稳定性的问题,现以岱庄矿煤炭膏体充填为研究背景,采取现场取芯和室内试验的方法,研究了充填膏体与该矿3煤的力学特性,并进行了对比分析,在此基础上运用理论分析研究了充填膏体长期稳定性。研究结果表明,充填膏体与煤的原位强度分别是为4.06 MPa和3.39 MPa,两者相差不大,充填膏体可置换出条带开采遗留的煤柱;充填膏体弹性模量为409.70~1036.044MPa,平均为701.93 MPa,该值较大,有利于充填膏体保持长期稳定性;条带充填膏体的安全系数为5.8,远大于充填体稳定性安全系数2.0,可保证充填膏体长期稳定性。相关研究对评价充填效果和指导安全生产具有重要的意义。In view of the present paste filling technique,the filling paste was difficult to maintain the long-term stability in controlling surface subsidence.Taking paste filling in Daizhuang Coal Mine as research background,the mechanical properties of filling paste and No.3 coal seam was studied and analyzed contrastively by the methods of site coring test and laboratory test,and based upon the results,the long-term stability of filling paste was studied by theoretical analysis.The results showed that in-situ strengths of filling paste and coal were respectively 4.05 MPa and 3.39 MPa,almost the same,so the filling paste could take the place of coal pillar remained by strip mining;the elasticity modulus of the filling paste was 409.7~1036.044 MPa,701.93 MPa averagely,which was relatively large and beneficial to the long-term stability;the strip filling paste's safety coefficient was 5.8,that was much larger than the filling body's stability safety coefficient 2.0,and could ensure the long-term stability of filling paste.The related research was of great significance for evaluating the filling effect and guiding the safety production.
