艾迪注射液联合FOLFOX化疗方案治疗大肠癌疗效及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:通过系统评价艾迪注射液治疗大肠癌的疗效及安全性。方法:通过检索中国生物医学文摘数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、pubmed、embase数据库及Cochrane library中,关于艾迪注射液联合FOLFOX治疗大肠癌的随机对照试验(randomized clinical trials, RCT),提取资料并进行质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:本研究共纳入了20个RCT,共1,617例大肠癌患者。Meta分析结果显示:在常规FOLFOX化疗方案上联用艾迪注射液治疗大肠癌的临床效果优于单独使用FOLFOX化疗方案[OR=1.43,95%CI(1.11,1.85),P=0.005],可以更好提高患者免疫功能[OR=1.80,95%CI(-1.16,4.76),P=0.23],此外还可以降低化疗期间的不良反应发生率[RR=0.65,95%CI(0.61,0.70),P<0.000,01],如胃肠道反应[RR=0.66,95%CI(0.59,0.73),P<0.000,01]、骨髓抑制[RR=0.63,95%CI(0.56,0.70),P<0.000,01]及周围神经毒性[RR=0.69,95%CI(0.60,0.78),P<0.000,01]。结论:艾迪注射液联合FOLFOX化疗方案可以提高大肠癌的治疗效果,提高患者的免疫功能,降低化疗期间的不良反应。Objective： To systematically review the effectiveness and safety of Aidi injection combined with FOLFOX in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods： Retrieved from CBM, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Database,PubMed, Embase and the Cochrane Library, randomized controlled trials（RCTs） about Aidi injection combined with FOLFOX in the treatment of colorectal cancer were collected. The relevant data were extracted, and methodological quality of the trials was critically assessed. Statistical software Revman 5.3 was used for dataanalysis and the data was dealt by Meta-analysis. Results： The 20 trials involving 1617 patients were identified as meeting all the eligibility criteria. The results showed that compared to using FOLFOX alone, Aidi injection along with FOLFOX in the treatment of colorectal cancer significantly increased the clinical curative effects[OR=1.43,95% CI（1.11, 1.85）, P=0.005],improved immune function [OR=1.80, 95%CI（-1.16, 4.76）, P=0.23]. In addition, Aidi injection can lower the risks of adverse reactions [RR=0.65, 95%CI（0.61, 0.70）, P〈0.00001], such as gastrointestinal reactions [RR=0.66, 95% CI（0.59, 0.73）, P〈0.00001], bone marrow suppression [RR=0.63, 95%CI（0.56, 0.70）, P〈0.00001] and peripheral nerve toxicity [RR=0.69, 95% CI（0.60, 0.78）, P〈0.00001]. Conclusion： Aidi injection along with FOLFOX can improve the efficiency for advanced colorectal cancer patients, improve immune function and reduce side effects during chemotherapy.
