基于数据挖掘技术探析近5年穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的取穴规律

摘　　要：运用数据挖掘技术探析近5年来穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的取穴特点和规律、埋线处方使用规律。天枢为穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖使用频次最高的腧穴,胃经用穴最多,常用穴位主要分布于胸腹部,特定穴中募穴使用率最高,处方穴位以10~20个穴位使用为多,埋线次数以1~10次使用为多,埋线时间以5~15 d1次为优选。Using data mining technology to analyze the characteristics and rules of acupoint catgut embedding for simple obesity in the recent five years, and the rule of application of catgut embedding prescription. The results suggest that the top point of catgut embedding therapy was correspondingly Tianshu（ST25）, main points are chosen mainly on the stomach meridian as well as distributed in the chest and abdomen, specific points used most are often the Mu points, and the most frequently used at the prescription points 10-20, the number of times of catgut embedding was 1-10 times, and the time of embedding thread is5-15 days as the best choice.
