捏脊对小儿背部皮温的红外热像研究

摘　　要：目的:通过红外热像技术,探讨捏脊的热效应及操作时间的客观化标准。方法:选取20例健康儿童,利用红外热像技术,分别经1名研究生和1名高年资医师捏脊后,采集小儿背部所得的相应红外热像数据,比较两组背部皮温的差异。结果:高年资医师组捏脊3次、6次、9次后,脊中线温度均高于操作前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在结束捏脊后的1~3 min内,皮肤温度仍然高于开始时温度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究生组捏脊3次后,脊中线温度与操作前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),捏脊6次、9次后,脊中线温度均高于操作前,在结束后的1~3 min内,皮温仍高于操作前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:捏脊对受试者的局部皮肤具有升温效应;捏脊6次可能是最佳频次,且捏脊操作手法的熟练度对小儿背部温度变化有一定影响。Objective： To discuss objective criterion of the heating effect and operating time of chiropractic therapy with the infrared thermography technology. Methods： The data which acquired from infrared thermal-imager on infantile backside is collected after one graduate student and one senior doctor doing chiropractic therapy. The temperature diversity of two groups were compared. Results： The temperatures of spine median rise after senior doctor doing chiropractic three times, six times and nine times（P〈0.05）. After chiropractic in 1~3 min,the skin temperature was still higher than initial temperature（P〈 0.05）. After the graduate doing chiropractic therapy three times, the temperatures of spine median have no statistical differences（P〉0.05）. And after chiropractic six times and nine times, the temperatures of spine median was higher than operating, After chiropractic in 1-3 min, the skin temperature was still higher than initial temperature（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Chiropractic therapy has warming effect on the skin of subjects. Maybe the appropriate time for chiropractic therapy is six times. The proficiency of operating methods will also have an effect on the temperature of infantile backside.
