丹红注射液联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及对认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液联合重复经颅磁刺激与单用重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及对认知功能的影响。方法:选取60例老年抑郁症患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者给予重复经颅磁刺激治疗,治疗组患者给予丹红注射液联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,两组均治疗30 d,治疗前后对两组患者进行HAMD抑郁量表评分、lotca量表评分、FIM评分、检测血清BDNF水平。结果:治疗后治疗组患者的HAMD抑郁量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的lotca量表总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的FIM评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的血清BDNF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用丹红注射液联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗老年抑郁症患者的效果优于单用重复经颅磁刺激治疗,并且能明显改善患者的认知功能。Objective： To observe the effect of Danhong injection combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on depression and cognitive function of elderly patients. Method： The 60 senile depression patients were divided into two groups, each group of 30 patients respectively, for the control group patients use repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for 30 days; the experimental group was given Danhong injection combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy for 30 days. The HAMD depression scale scores, lotca scale score, FIM score, fugl-meyer rating scale score and serum BDNF levelsof the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results： The HAMD scores of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）, the total scores of LOTCA in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）, and the FIM scores of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. The serum BDNF level in the post treatment group were higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Application of Danhong injection combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in elderly patients with depression is superior to the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, and can significantly improve cognitive function of patients.
