摘 要:目的:获得不同性别及不同季节的非疾病老年阳虚体质人群的红外热图特征。方法:在各中医院体检科或治未病中心、门诊部等筛选出阳虚体质的非疾病老年人群,获取其红外热图,并获得脏腑区域、经络、腧穴等热差值数据;分析总结非疾病老年阳虚体质人群的红外热图特点。结果:非疾病阳虚质老年人群皆有:大腹凉偏离;春季左胸△T<右胸△T;任脉△T<督脉△T;心俞穴△T春季最低,肾俞穴△T冬季最高。老年女性:右胸、小腹凉偏离。上焦△T春季最低;中焦△T冬季最低;下焦△T冬季最低。胃脘△T秋季最低;大腹△T冬季最低;小腹△T秋季最低;脾俞穴△T冬季最高;神阙△T夏季最低;督脉△T夏季最低。老年男性:上焦、中焦、左右胸、胃脘、任脉凉偏离。上焦△T冬季最低;中焦△T秋季最低;下焦△T春季最低。胃脘△T夏季最低;大腹△T秋季最低;小腹△T冬季最低;脾俞穴△T秋季最低;神阙△T秋季最低;督脉△T秋季最低。结论:不同性别及不同季节的非疾病老年阳虚体质人群的红外热图各有特点,也基本符合中医学理论。因此,通过红外热成像技术对阳虚体质进行客观的判定分析,具有较高的临床参考意义。Objective: To obtain the infrared thermal image characteristics of normal female Yang deficiency constitution in terms of different ages and seasons. Method: Select the normal female Yang deficiency constitution group at Chinese medicine constitution examination department and disease prevention center or clinic. Obtain the thermal difference data of viscera areas, meridians and acupoints based on the image analysis system of infrared thermal image. Analyze and summarize the infrared thermal image features of normal human body yang deficiency constitution. Results: For all the non-disease Yang-deficiency constitution old people: the upper ab- domen being coldness deviating; Left thorax AT〈right thorax AT in spring; Ren meridian AT〈Du meridian AT;Xinshu AT being the lowest in spring, Shenshu AT being the highest in winter. For the old female: right thorax and lower abdomen being coldness deviating. Shangjiao AT being the lowest in spring, Zhongjiao AT being the lowest in winter, and Xiajiao AT being the lowest in winter. Gastric cavity AT being the lowest in autumn, upper abdomen AT being the lowest in winter, Pishu AT being the highest in winter, Shenque AT
