摘  要:预焙阳极炭块生产焙烧过程带来大量收尘粉,其中碳含量约为75%,以石墨形式存在,因灰分含量极高,达到14.20%,以硅酸盐为主,赋存物相包括莫来石(3Al_2O_3·2SiO_2)、石英(SiO_2)、云母(Al_2O_3)、赤铁矿(Fe_2O_3)等,严重制约了其利用价值,企业大都采取露天堆放或外卖形式处理,资源化返回利用问题亟待解决.本文选用氢氟酸-盐酸作为浸出剂,设计单因素实验对其进行提纯研究,结果表明:当试验条件为:液固比4.5∶1、HF体积含量40%、浸出温度40℃、反应时间30 min时除灰效果最佳,碳含量可由75.17%提升稳定至96%以上,且试验过程不会破坏原料中石墨的形貌结构;提纯料可作为阳极生产原料或填充料返回利用.The roasting process prebaked anode carbon block produces a large number of dust collection powder,which is about 75% of carbon content in the form of graphite. Due to its high silicate-based ash of14. 20%,the application value of the dust collection powder consisted of Mullite(3 Al2O3·2 SiO2),quartz(SiO2),mica(Al2O3),and hematite((Fe2O3) is severely restricted Enterprises mostly put it in the open dump or sell it out,and the problem of recycling needs to be solved. Single factor experiments were carried out py using as the leaching agent hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid. The optimum technological parameters were determined. A best dusting stratedies was obtained using a liquid-solid ratio of 4. 5∶ 1,40% in volume fraction of HF at a leaching temperature of 40 ℃ for 30 min. Under the optimum condition,the carbon content was increased from 75. 17% to 96% and above,Meanwhile,the test process did not damage the morphology of the graphite in the raw material. The purified material can be used as an anode raw material or filler material.This study expleres the direction of the recyding of solid waste resources for enterprises.
