摘 要:本文采用PVAR模型,利用40国2001~2016年面板数据,综合考虑国家规模的三个衡量维度:人口规模、市场规模和贸易规模,以人均GDP和外贸依存度作为国家规模的衡量指标,从不同经济发展水平视角实证研究了国家规模对技术创新的影响。研究表明,不同经济发展水平条件下,国家规模对一国技术创新的影响存在一定的差异性,其中人均GDP是促进发达国家技术创新的重要因素,外贸依存度次之;而在发展中国家中,外贸依存度则是促进其技术创新的关键因素,人均GDP的促进作用甚微。在此基础上,本文针对发展中大国提出了基于国家规模促进技术创新的相关对策建议。By using PVAR model and panel data of 40 countries from 2001 to 2016, considering the three measure dimensions of country size: population size, market size and trade size, taking per capita GDP and the degree of dependence on foreign trade as measure indexes of country size, this paper empirically studies the influence of country size on technology innovation from the perspective of different economic development levels. The research shows that under the conditions of different economic development levels, there are some differences in the impact of country size on a country's technologi- cal innovation, in which per capita GDP is an important factor to promoting technology innovation in developed countries, followed by the degree of dependence on foreign trade. But in developing countries, the degree of dependence on foreign trade is the key factor to promoting technology innovation, while the per capita GDP has few effects. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the large developing countries to promote technology innovation based on the country's size.
