摘　　要：本文选取2006~2017年西部地区十二个省、直辖市及自治区的面板数据,运用DEA方法测算了西部地区城镇化的综合技术效率值、纯技术效率值和规模效率值,采用非参数回归模型的Nadaraya-Watson估计方法检验了西部地区城镇化效率与其影响因素之间的关系,利用Tobit模型实证分析了这些影响因素对城镇化效率的影响机理和影响大小。实证结果表明:2006~2017年,西部地区城镇化的综合技术效率值、纯技术效率值整体呈下降趋势,规模技术效率基本稳定;地区经济发展水平、城镇就业人数、建城面积和城镇化效率呈正相关关系,地方财政一般预算支出、城镇化水平和城镇化效率呈U型关系;地区经济发展水平对城镇化效率具有显著的正向影响,地方财政一般预算支出和城镇化水平对城镇化效率存在显著的负向影响,城镇就业人数和建城面积对城镇化效率产生正向影响,但是影响不显著。This paper selects the panel data of twelve provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in western China from 2006 to 2017, and uses DEA method to measure the comprehensive technical efficiency value, pure technical efficiency value, and scale efficiency value of the urbanization in western region. Also, this paper utilizes the Nadaraya-Watson estimation method of nonparametric regression model to examines the relationship between the urbanization efficiency and its influence factors, and uses the Tobit model to analyze the impact mechanism and impact size of these influence factors on the urbanization efficiency. The empirical results show that from 2006 to 2017, comprehensive technical efficiency value, pure technical efficiency value, and scale efficiency value of the urbanization in western region decrease, and the scale technology efficiency is stable. The level of regional economic development, the urban employment and the city area are positively related to urbanization efficiency. There is U-shape relationship between the local finance general budget expenditure, the level of urbanization and the urbanization efficiency. The level of regional economic development has a significant positive impact on the urbanization efficiency. The local general budget expenditures and the level of urbanization significantly, positively influence the urbanization efficiency. Urbanization employment and city area have positive impacts on the urbanization efficiency, but the impact is not significant.
