摘 要:对于时变需求的易腐品而言,通常供应商会要求零售商预先支付一部分的采购费用作为定金。本研究在此基础上,提出了一种基于混合支付策略的经济订货批量模型。该支付策略包括与订货批量相关的多批次预支付和延迟支付。混合支付策略不仅能够有效地刺激由于延迟支付而产生的销售,还能优化订货批量以及部分短缺的数量。从三种情况分别讨论零售商的利润结构,并由此建立数学模型以求解最优订货批量和最优订货周期使得零售商单位时间总利润最大化。通过理论研究,确定了最优解的存在条件和唯一性。结合运作管理实践,通过几个数值算例和灵敏度分析,从管理角度给出决策建议。For deteriorating items with time-varying demand, a supplier usually requests that the retailer prepay a fraction of the acquisition cost as a deposit. In this paper, an economic order quantity model with partial backordering under a hybrid payment scheme is developed. The payment scheme, which is also linked to order quantity, involves multiple advance payments as well as delayed payment. Incorporating this payment scheme can efficiently stimulate sales due to applying delayed payment. Besides it provides the benefits to optimize the order and shortage quantities. Four distinct cases of the system are explored, and after analyzing the profit structure of the retailer under every scenario, the proper mathe- matical model is established to find the optimal ordering cycle and order quantity, so that the total profit incurred per unit time has maximum value. Theoretical results are developed to determine the conditions of existence and uniqueness of the optimal solutions. Several numerical examples are presented to illustrate the application of developed model and sensitivity analysis provides some managerial insights for managers.
