摘　　要：根据家蚕斑纹限性遗传规律,采用杂交、连续回交及系统选择方法育成强健性中系斑纹限性夏秋用家蚕品种521B、523B,再将2个新品种与保育并改良的日系品种524、526组配成四元杂交组合皖·丰×夏·晖。新品种杂交组合不仅具有强健好养、丝质优、繁育系数高的特点,而且可利用中系斑纹限性的表型,在幼虫5龄期准确鉴别雌雄,能有效降低蚕种繁育过程中的劳动强度,提高工效和蚕种的杂交率。新品种杂交组合在安徽省农村试养鉴定试验中,亦表现出孵化和发育齐一、食桑旺盛、强健好养、老熟齐涌、产茧量高、丝质优的特点,主要成绩为：虫蛹率98.44%,万蚕收茧量19.110 kg,茧层率21.02%,鲜毛茧出丝率16.22%,茧丝长1 124.4 m,解舒丝长899.3 m,解舒率79.77%,纤度2.983 dtex,洁净95.09分。皖·丰×夏·晖于2018年1月通过安徽省桑蚕品种审定委员会审定,适合在长江流域蚕区的夏季及中晚秋季节饲养。According to the genetic law of silkworm（ Bombyx mori） speckle sex-limited marking,we adopted hybridization, continuous backcross and systematic selection methods to breed the speckle sex-limited Chinese strain silkworm varieties 521 B and 523 B with strong vitality for summer and autumn rearing,and then combined them with two Japanese strain silkworm varieties 524 and 526 which were conserved and improved in our laboratory to form a quaternary hybrid combination Wan·Feng × Xia·Hui. The new quaternary hybrid combination not only has strong vitality,excellent silk quality,and high reproduction efficiency,but also has the Chinese strain＇s phenotypeof sex-limited marking,which can be used to accurately identify the sex of silkworm larvae in the 5 th instar,and can effectively reduce the labor intensity,improve the working efficiency and the hybridization rate of silkworm eggs. In rural identification test of Anhui Province,the new hybrid combination showed characteristics of uniform hatching and development,eating more mulberry leaves,good healthiness,uniform maturation,high cocoon yield,and excellent silk quality etc. Its larva-pupa rate was 98. 44%,cocoon yield of ten thousand silkworm larvae was 19. 110 kg,cocoon shell rate was21. 02%,silk yielding rate of fresh raw cocoons was 16. 22%,length of cocoon filament was 1 124. 4 m,length of nonbroken cocoon filament was 899. 3 m,cocoon reelability was 79. 77%,size of cocoon filament was 2. 983 dtex,and neatness was 95. 09 points. This new hybrid combination Wan·Feng ×Xia·Hui has been approved by Anhui Provincial Silkworm Variety Evaluation Committee in January 2018,and it is suitable for rearing in summer,middle and late autumn in sericultural regions of the Yangtze River valley.
