游离背阔肌皮瓣修复足踝部大面积皮肤软组织缺损的临床体会

摘  要:目的游离背阔肌皮瓣修复足踝部大面积皮肤软组织缺损的临床体会。方法从2015年12月至2017年12月抽取58例在我院接受治疗的患者开展本次研究,这些患者均接受游离背阔肌皮瓣修复治疗,查阅这些患者在我院的治疗资料,综合分析游离背阔肌皮瓣修复在治疗患者疾病时的应用价值。结果选取患者背阔肌皮瓣均成活,治疗结束后在8~30个月对患者进行随访调查,患者对于皮瓣修复部位的外观以及修复皮瓣的功能满意情况较好,患者在整个治疗过程中均未出现感染现象,与一般皮瓣修复治疗比较具有更强的抗感染能力。结论游离背阔肌皮瓣与其他皮瓣修复治疗进行比较其解剖位置恒定、血运丰富,而且具有更强的抗感染能力,适合用于小腿及足踝部大面积皮肤软组织缺损的治疗,来帮助患者修复足踝部的基本功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective The clinical experience of free latissimus dorsi skin flap in repairing large area skin and soft tissue defect of foot and ankle. Methods From December 2015 to December 2017, 58 patients undergoing treatment in our hospital were enrolled in this study, all of whom underwent free latissimus dorsi flap repair and were referred to these patients in our hospital treatment data, a comprehensive analysis of free latissimus dorsi flap repair in the treatment of patients with disease value. Results The latissimus dorsi flap was selected and survived. After 8 months to 30 months, the patients were followed up. The appearance of the flap repair site and the satisfactory function of the repaired flap were better. Patients in the entire course of treatment were not infected with the phenomenon, and general skin flap repair treatment more resistant to infection. Conclusion Compared with other flap repair, the free latissimus dorsi skin flap has a constant anatomical position, rich blood supply and stronger anti-infective ability, which is suitable for the treatment of extensive skin and soft tissue defects in the ankle and ankle. Patients repair the basic functions of the foot and ankle to improve the quality of life of patients.
