摘　　要：目的通过对肛周脓肿病人手术后进行全面护理防治,探讨其对病人术后疼痛和尿潴留等相关症状的改善情况。方法选择2016年12月至2017年12月来我院肛肠科进行诊治的肛瘘病人400例,这次实验依照病人的入院时间将其分成研究组和对照组,对对照组进行普通护理,研究组除此之外,还进行全面护理,比较两组的护理后疗效。结果研究组进行全面护理防治后病人SDS和SAS分数明显低于对照组,但病人满意度比对照组高。结论对肛周脓肿的患者术后进行人性化护理防治,可以缓解患者的精神负担,促进患者早日恢复健康,减少术后痛感,减少了导尿人数,提升了患者的满意度和生活质量,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。Objective Through the anus week abscess patients after the operation, a comprehensive prevention and control of nursing, to explore the patients of postoperative pain and urinary retention symptoms related to improve the situation. Methods 400 cases of anal fistula were selected from December 2016 to December 2017 in the anorectal department of our hospital, according to the patient＇s admission time to be divided into the experiment group and control group, nursing to normal control group, the team in addition to this, also to conduct a comprehensive care, compared two groups of curative effect after nursing. Results The team to conduct a comprehensive prevention and control of nursing patients after SDS and SAS scores significantly lower than the control group, but the patient satisfaction is higher than control group. Conclusion The crissum abscess patients postoperative prevention and control of humanized nursing, can relieve the patient＇s mental burden, promote patients recover at an early date, less postoperative pain, reduce the number of the urethral catheterization, improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, is worth to be widely applied in clinic.
