带状疱疹侵及后组颅神经致Vernet综合症1例

摘　　要：带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒(varicella-zoster virus,VZV)引起,属于DNA嗜神经病毒,可经口、呼吸道、皮肤、黏膜直接传入体内,对皮肤、黏膜和神经组织等有亲和性,多表现为沿某一周围神经呈带状分布。临床上以侵犯听神经、面神经为多见,主要表现为周围性面瘫,耳廓、外耳道疼痛,听力下降,耳鸣、眩晕等,临床上称为典型Hunt综合症。但临床上以咽喉部不适为主诉的不典型Hunt综合症少见,易延误诊治,从而影响预后。We report an extremely rare case of Vernet syndrome caused by herpes zoster invading the cranial nerves of the posterior group.The patient complained of a 7 days history of hoarseness,difficulty swallowing,difficulty drinking and decreasing taste.We diagnose herpes zoster invading the cranial nerves of the posterior group by electronic laryngoscopy,imaging examination and Ig M antibody testing.We applyed related medications,the symptoms improve or disappear.
