摘 要:结合各种生活污水处理工艺在海洋石油平台的应用,提出了利用平台膜制氮装置产生的富氧空气替代压缩空气作为微电解膜生物组合法曝气气源的工艺优化方法。计算表明,经过优化后,空压机处理能力可减少约10%,同时减少富氧空气的排放,从而达到节能减排的目的。Combined with the application of various sewage treatment equipment in the offshore oil platform,the process optimization method of using the oxygen rich air produced by the platform nitrogen membrane generation system of the platform to replace the compressed air as the aeration source of the micro-electrolysis and MBR combination method is proposed. The calculation shows that the capacity of the air compressor can be reduced by about 10% after optimization,and at the same time,the emission of oxygen enriched air can be reduced,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
