摘　　要：介绍了管道应力分析的意义和煤制天然气甲烷化装置管道特点及管道设计思路,通过实例介绍了设备固定端确定和改变管道走向对管道应力分析的影响;叙述了为了满足压缩机的管口受力要求,压缩机进出口管道布置要点。This article introduces the significance of pipeline stress analysis and the features of pipelines and design ideas for coal-to-gas methanation device. The influence of determining equipment fixing end and changing pipeline arrangement on pipeline stress analysis are introduced by practical example. In order to meet the nozzle load requirements of the compressor,the key points of the pipeline arrangement of the compressor inlet and outlet are described.
