摘　　要：The Registration ＆ Certification of Two-dimensional Code （CNRT） and its technical support organization Zhongguancun Industry ＆ Information Research Institute of Two- dimensional Code TechnoLogy （ZIIOT） have become one of the international code distribution organizations through the assessment of the registration authority of ISO/IEC 15459, the world＇s mostly widely used coding and identifier standards series.
