血府逐瘀片联合星状神经节阻滞治疗上肢带状疱疹的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀片联合星状神经节阻滞治疗上肢带状疱疹的疗效。方法:选取2015年9月至2016年12月南京中医药大学附属南京市中西医结合医院疼痛科、皮肤科收治的上肢带状疱疹患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用抗病毒、营养神经治疗,观察组在此基础上加用血府逐瘀片联合星状神经节阻滞治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1、2、4及8周后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较治疗前均逐渐下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);4周后匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分除睡眠药物外均较治疗前下降,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);3个月后2组痛觉过敏均缓解。结论:血府逐瘀片联合星状神经节阻滞治疗上肢带状疱疹神经痛疗效显著。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu tablets combined with Stellate Ganglion Block in treating upper extremity herpes zoster. Methods： A total of 80 patients with upper extremity herpes zoster who were admitted and treated in Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from September2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with antivral and neurotrophic therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu tablets combined with Stellate Ganglion Block. Results： The efficiency of the treatment group was higher than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After being treated for 1,2,4 and 8 weeks,VAS score of both groups was gradually decreased,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The PSQI accident rate was decreased except sleeping medicine 4 weeks after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The hyperalgesia of all patients were remission after 3 month. Conclusion： Xuefuzhuyu tablets s combined with Stellate Ganglion Block in the treatment of upper extremity herpes zoster has significant efficacy.
