摘　　要：在分析目前高校人才培养模式存在的问题基础上,以临沂大学材料科学与工程专业为例,对社会需求导向下的创新创业能力培养模式进行了探索研究。通过人才培养方案修订、社会需求为导向的人才培养模式改革、优化课程体系、学分制改革和强化"双师双能型"教师的培养等改革措施,构建了新型的创新人才培养模式,取得了可喜的效果。Based on the existing problems in the current university talents training mode, we explore the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship under the social demand for the material science and engineering major of Linyi University. The new training model of innovative talents has been constructed by the revising talent training program, reforming talent training model based on social needs, optimizing the curriculum systems, credit system reform and strengthening the training of ＂double teacher dual ability＂ teachers, et al, which has leaded to encouraging results.
