“完全OA”出版对其期刊相关引证指标的影响——基于基础科学类、工业技术类“完全OA”出版期刊引证指标的分析

摘　　要：基于3次调查(2009年、2013年、2016年)获取的"完全OA"出版期刊,分析了"完全OA"出版期刊的学科类别、语种、级别等一般特征,结合基础科学类和工业技术类"完全OA"出版期刊在2008—2015年的被引指标,得出如下结论:第一,"完全OA"出版期刊在八大学科中分布不均。第二,"完全OA"出版期刊的语种以中文为主,期刊级别以中文核心为主,以一刊单独上网为主,OA时滞均小于6个月,OA论文电子版格式以PDF为主,期刊主办单位以科研机构为主。第三,两学科的"完全OA"出版期刊在8年间总被引频次均呈升高趋势,其他指标未呈现一致性变化,即基础科学类、工业技术类期刊"完全OA"出版对其被引指标无明显影响。Based on the ＂complete OA＂publishing journals obtained from three surveys（2009,2013,2016）,this paper analyzes the general characteristics of＂complete OA＂publishing journals,such as subject category,language,level and so on,then combining with the cited index of ＂complete OA＂publishing journals of basic science and industrial technology from 2008 to 2015,draws the following conclusions：Firstly,＂complete OA＂publishing journals are not evenly distributed in eight major disciplines. Secondly,the language of ＂complete OA＂publishing journals is mainly Chinese,and the level of journals is mainly Chinese core journal,the OA mode is mainly published online by one journal alone,the OA time lag is less than 6 months,the electronic format of OA papers is mainly PDF,and the sponsors of these journals are mainly scientific research institutions.Thirdly,the total times cited of ＂complete OA＂publishing journals in the two disciplines increased during the eight years,while other indexes did not show a consistent change. That is,the OA publishing in basic science and industrial technology journals has no significant impact on the cited index of these journals.
