摘 要:目的探讨微课在护理实习生静脉输液培训中的的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法,将2016年和2017年在大连市某三级甲等医院实习的66名本科护理学生分为试验组和对照组,每组33名学生。试验组采用自制的静脉输液微课视频进行培训,对照组应用传统培训法,对两组学生进行静脉输液理论考试和操作技能考核,对微课的培训效果进行评价。结果干预后,试验组理论成绩得分高于对照组(P<0.001);操作考核中,试验组在同病人交流并获得知情同意、无菌技术、操作后的处置管理、交流沟通技巧等方面的得分均高于对照组(P<0.001);实习生对微课培训有较高的满意度。结论微课培训能够提高实习学生静脉输液理论知识和操作技能,有效提升临床护理培训效果。Objective To explore the effects of micro-lecture in teaching of intravenous infusion for intern nurs- ing students. Methods With purposive sampling,66 undergraduate students who had the clinical practice in a ter- tiary hospital in Dalian in 2016 and 2017 were recruited with 33 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group. Students in the experimental group received self-developed micro-lecture teaching on intravenous infusion. Students in the control group received traditional teaching. Knowledge and skill examinations were conducted to as- sess the training effects. Results After the intervention,students in the experimental group had significantly higher score than that of the control group (P〈0.001). Regarding the results of skill examination,students in the experi- mental group had higher scores than that of the control group in communicating with patients,obtaining informed consent,conducting aseptic technique,and post-operation management (P〈0.001). Students had higher satisfaction with the micro-lecture teaching. Conclusion Micro-lecture teaching can improve theoretical and operational skills of in- travenous infusion for intern students and effectively improve clinical nursing teaching effects.
