摘  要:为了设计和优化玉米秸成型颗粒燃烧机,在卧式管式炉中实验研究了燃烧条件(炉温、颗粒长度、空气流量)对单个玉米秸成型颗粒燃烧过程的影响。结果表明:炉温>700℃时,固体的熔融和烧结会阻碍燃烧过程;成型颗粒内部温度和炉温有一定的差别,各温度(500~900℃)下燃烧灰的水溶性较低,均<13%;成型颗粒长度(20~50 mm)、空气流量(150~550 L/h)对燃烧过程的影响很小;与木质颗粒相比,玉米秸成型颗粒热解强度低,燃烧时间更长。实验结果将为秸秆颗粒燃烧机的设计和优化提供参考。In order to design or optimization of combustors for corn-stover pellet, burning behavior of a single pellet of corn-stover in a horizontal tube furnace at different operational conditions were investigated experimentally. Results showed that: 1)Melting and sintering of solid at furnace temperature 700 ℃ hindered the burning process of corn-stover pellet. 2)Temperature inside pellet differed from that of environment and water solubilities of pellet ash at all temperatures(500 ~900 ℃)were low, less than 13%. 3)Effects of pellet length(20 ~50 mm), air flowrate(150~550 L/h)on the burning behavior were ignorable. 4)Compared with wood pellet, the mass loss rate of corn-stover pellet was much smaller at pyrolysis stage and the burn out time was longer. Experiments can be used as a reference for the design and optimization of burner.
