摘  要:光伏发电系统通过BOOST升压变换器连接到直流母线,但传统的BOOST升压变换器存在变比低、开关电容网络的调压特性差等问题。文章将自举电路与BOOST变换电路相结合,并嵌入高阶开关电容升压电路,设计了一种具有升压比高、调压特性好等优点的新型升压拓扑电路。最后,通过实验结果验证了所提出拓扑的有效性,为光伏发电接口电路提供了一种新型拓扑。In renewable energy power generation system, the PV is connected to the DC bus voltage through the boost converter. In view of the problems of the traditional boost converter circuit, such as low ratio, bad voltage adjustment characteristics, according to the characteristics of bootstrap circuit and the boost converter circuit, a novel boost circuit topology with an embedded high order switch capacitor voltage boost circuit is designed. It has higher transformer ratio and excellent voltage adjustment characteristics. The working principle and characteristics of the circuit are analyzed, and the effectiveness of the proposed topology is verified by experimental results, which provides a new topology for the renewable energy generation interface circuit.
