摘　　要：目的观察氯己定醇碘复方消毒液的消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对某氯己定醇碘复方消毒液的消毒效果及其相关毒性进行观察。结果该消毒液由浓度为1 970 mg/L有效碘、2 230 mg/L醋酸氯己定与体积分数30%乙醇组成。以该消毒液原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用1 min,对铜绿假单胞菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值>4.00。擦拭消毒1 min,对受试者手和皮肤上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00。该复方消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),属实际无毒级;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性;对完整皮肤无刺激性。结论该复方消毒液杀菌效果良好,使用安全。Objective To observe the disinfection related performance of a chlorhexidine alcohol iodine compound disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative bactericidal test and animal experiment were taken in order to observe the disinfection effect and related toxicity of chlorhexidine alcohol iodine compound disinfectant. Results The disinfectant contained the available iodine 1 970 mg/L,chlorhexidine acetate 2 230 mg/L and a volume fraction of 30% ethanol. The disinfectant solution＇s killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli for 1 min were all 〉5. 00,and its killing logarithm value of Pseudomonas aeruginosa for action time of 5 min was 〉5. 00 and that of Candida albicans for action time of1 min was 4. 00. Its killing logarithm value of natural germ on hand for action time 1 min was 〉1. 00. The acute oral LD50 of the compound disinfectant was 〉5 000 mg/（ kg·bw）,which betonged to non-toxic grade. Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. It is non-irritating to intact skin. Conclusion The germicidal effect of this compound disinfectant is perfect and it is safe to use.
