摘　　要：目的评价模块化处理非体外循环下冠脉旁路移植术手术器械临床应用效果。方法通过评估消毒灭菌消耗和提高各处理节点的速度,对西南医科大学附属医院使用模块化处理手术器械的方法进行评价。结果模块化处理后器械包的总件数和质量问题明显减少;器械清点时间、消毒灭菌消耗以及差错率都明显降低。医护人员满意度则明显提高。结论模块化处理冠脉旁路移植术手术器械不仅能减轻护理工作量,且可节约费用、减少器械损耗和提高医护人员满意度。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modularized treatment of surgical instruments for off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgical. Methods By evaluating the consumption of disinfection and sterilization and improving the speed of each process,the methods of modular processing of surgical instruments in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were evaluated. Results After modularization,the total number and total quality of the instrument package were significantly reduced. The inventory time,the cost of disinfection and the error rate of medical care cooperation decreased significantly,while the satisfaction degree of nursing teachers and doctors improved significantly.Conclusion Modularized treatment of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgical instruments can not only reduce the workload of nursing,save the cost of sterilization,reduce the wear of instruments,but also improve the satisfaction of doctors and nurses.
