摘　　要：国家海洋局南海分局的信息化建设,在经过了碎片化的建设阶段后,取得了一定的建设成果和资源积累,但是随着新形势下海洋工作对于信息化工作的需求,信息化已经从支撑保障提升为发展的"内驱力",无体系性的碎片化工作模式已经无法满足实际工作的需要。本文回顾了南海分局海洋信息化建设的初期阶段和发展历程,结合南海复杂独特的海域特征,分析了当前南海海洋工作对于构建全方位信息应用服务体系的基本需求,提出了南海分局信息化整合优化的新阶段发展方向,描述了南海分局在整合优化阶段取得的阶段性成果,以及后期的建设规划和思路,为迈入智慧海洋信息化建设的新阶段提供借鉴。After fragmented construction for a period of time, the information construction of the South China Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration accumulated a certain number of achievements. However, with the fast development of marine affairs,marine informatization has become the internal drive of development rather than providing support service, fragmented model can no longer satisfy the actual needs. This paper reviewed the development of information work of the South China Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration, analyzed the basic requirements on information application service system construction in the South China Sea area,and proposed direction for marine information optimization of the South China Sea Branch.
