摘  要:自1975年杂交瘤技术的产生,以及随后1986年第一个鼠源抗体成功上市.截止到2017年,抗体药物30多年以来得到了飞速的发展.抗体药物对应靶点的功能、通路的研究越来越清晰,这使得抗体药物靶点的相关通路上关键分子都可能成为新的靶点药物开发目标,也为抗体药物由单一靶点向多靶点、抗体高效性等方面指明了方向.抗体药物主要应用于实体肿瘤、血液性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病及过敏性疾病等的治疗. The technology of hybrid tumor was generated in 1975 following by the successful launch of the first mouse antibody in 1986. By the year 2017,antibody drugs have been developing rapidly over the past 30 years. The research on the function and pathway of the antibody drug targets become more clear,which makes the key molecules on the related pathway of the antibody drug targets to become the new target for drug develop-ment and indicates the development direction of the antibody drug from a single target to the multi targets and the high efficiency of the antibody. The Antibody drugs are mainly used in the treatment of solid tumor,blood tumor,autoimmune diseases and allergic diseases.
