摘　　要：本文从质量管理的原理出发,首次提出了团体标准的质量特性和要求,并在此基础上对标准制定程序的质量控制功能以及团体标准制定程序的快速机理做了分析,提出了加速电子信息行业团体标准制定程序的建议。Based on the principles of quality management, this paper first puts forward the quality characteristics and requirements of group standards. On this basis, it analyzes the quality control function of the standards development process, as a kind of method, and the rapid mechanism of group standards development process, proposing suggestions for accelerating the development of group standards in the electronic information industry.
