摘 要:目的比较胰岛素不同的给药方式对儿童1型糖尿病的血糖控制情况的疗效。方法将山西省儿童医院收治的60例为调整血糖入院的I型糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,分为每日多次皮下胰岛素注射MDI组和胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注CSⅡ组,监测并比较两组患儿的血糖变化值,统计得出血糖达标时间、每日胰岛素总用量、低血糖发生率等情况。结果 MDI组糖化血红蛋白值、血糖达标时间与CSⅡ组比较差异有统计学意义,且高于CSⅡ组。结论儿童1型糖尿病的降糖治疗中,胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注对儿童Ⅰ型糖尿病的降糖效果优于每日多次皮下胰岛素注射。Objective Purpose Comparison of different insulin dosage on the curative effect of glycemic control in children with type 1 diabetes cases. Methods 60 cases of children's hospitals in Shanxi Province for the adjustment of blood sugar of hospitalized children with type 1 diabetes as the research object, is divided into multiple subcutaneous insulin injection MDI daily group and insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion CS Ⅱ group, two groups of children with glucose changes, to observe and compare the blood glucose control is at the time, the dosage of insulin, incidence of hypoglycemia, and so on and so forth. Results MDI glycated hemoglobin values, blood glucose control is at target time compared with CS Ⅱ group difference was statistically significant, and higher than CS Ⅱ group.Conclusion Oral glucose-lowering treatment of children with type 1 diabetes, the insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in children Ⅰ diabetes hypoglycemic effect is better than that of daily multiple subcutaneous insulin injection.
