摘 要:独立学院是中国高等教育大众化背景下的创新之举,从产生至今,经历了"建"起来、"站"起来、"独"起来等三个发展阶段。党的十九大确立了新思想、新战略,明确了新目标、新矛盾,对高等教育改革也提出了新要求。经过十八年的发展和积淀,独立学院也进入新的发展阶段,呈现出多元化发展途径、应用型办学定位、特色化发展方向等新特征。为此,独立学院应树立新目标,力争使整体办学实力、人才培养质量、服务区域能力强起来。The independent college, an innovation under the background of the popularization of higher education in China, has undergone three stages of development since its birth: "building up", "standing up" and "being independent". The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has established new ideas and new strategies, clarified new goals and new contradictions, and also put forward new requirements for the reform of higher education. After 18 years of development and accumulation, the independent college has also entered a new stage of development, showing new characteristics such as diversified development approaches, application-oriented orientation and featured development direction, etc. Therefore, independent colleges should set new goals and strive to strengthen the overall capability of running a college, to improve the quality of personnel training and to enhance the ability to serve the region.
