摘 要:为提高钢渣的利用率,开展全集料钢渣混凝土抗压强度的试验研究,分析钢渣掺量、钢渣取代粒径、水胶比和砂率对混凝土抗压强度的影响.试验结果表明:随着钢渣掺量和砂率的逐渐增大,全集料钢渣混凝土抗压强度逐渐降低,随着水胶比逐渐减小和钢渣砂取代粒径逐渐增大,全集料钢渣混凝土抗压强度逐渐增大,其中水胶比对全集料钢渣混凝土抗压强度影响最为显著.在试验研究的基础上,分析试验因素的交互作用对全集料钢渣混凝土抗压强度的影响规律.In order to improve the utilization of steel slag,the experimental on compressive strength of full steel slag aggregate concrete were studied,the effect of the dosage of steel slag,the substitute particle size of steel slag,water cement ratio and sand ratio on compressive strength were analyzed. Experimental results show that the compressive strength of full steel slag aggregate concrete gradually reduce with the increment of the dosage of steel slag and sand ratio,the compressive strength gradually increase with decrement of water cement ratio and increment of the substitute particle size of steel slag sand,and the water cement ratio is the most important influence the compressive strength of full steel slag aggregate concrete. Based on the experimental results,the influence of the interaction of experimental factors on the compressive strength of steel slag concrete is analyzed.
