摘 要:为了满足高性能伺服系统日益严苛的轨迹规划需求,需要伺服驱动器在充分发挥能耗制动作用的同时,能够有效地实现能耗制动热过载保护。基于通用能耗制动电路,通过研究制动逻辑与热平衡方程,建立了能耗制动热容量模型。该模型可以根据实时制动电压Udc、制动热时间常数τbrake、制动电阻阻值Rb和额定功率Pb,实时计算制动热容量Tcapacity。实践表明:热容量Tcapacity可以表征能耗制动温升;进而通过简单调整热过载保护阈值T^thcapacity,便可以有效实现能耗制动热过载保护。For the harsh trajectory planning demand of high performance Servo Drive system,Servo Drive need to be able to effectively achieve the energy-consumed braking thermal overload protection while fully utilizing the braking effect.Based on the universal energy-consumed braking circuit,the thermal capacity model is establised,by studying on the braking logic and heat balance equation.The model can real-time calculate the thermal capacity T^thcapacityof energy-consumed braking,based on the braking voltage Udc,the braking time constantτbrake,the braking resistance Rband it's rated power Pb.Practice prove that:the thermal capacity T^thcapacitycan characterize the braking temperature rise,so the method can effectively achieve the thermal overload protection of energy-consumed braking,via simply adjusting the thermal overload threshold T^thcapacity.
