摘  要:用传统型磨盘和新型磨盘分别对再造烟叶原料烟梗进行解纤。将解纤后的烟梗原料与烟屑和烟末混合并打浆、抄造成片,并对浆料的打浆性能、纤维形态及基片物理性能进行了分析。结果表明:相比传统磨盘,新型齿磨盘解纤后的纤维更易分丝帚化,这使得打浆过程中浆料打浆度提升,纤维湿重值降低,均匀性进一步提升。纤维长宽比和粗度均增加,纤维质量提升。传统磨盘在磨盘间距大于0.8 mm时,解纤得到的浆料不能抄造成片,而新型齿磨盘解纤的浆料则可成功抄造薄片,不仅提升了薄片的物理性能,而且降低了打浆能耗。The reconstituted tobacco was defibrated with traditional and novel type grinding discs,respectively. The defibrated tobacco was mixed with tobaccodust and tobacco waste,then the mixture was processed by beating and sheeting. The beating performance,fiber morphology and physical properties of the substrate were analyzed. The results shown that the fiber cutting was improved by the use of the novel grinding,which increased the pulping degree of the pulp in the processing of beating,and decreased the wet weight value. Meanwhile,the homogeneity was further improved. In addition,the fiber length width ratio,roughness and fiber quality were improved by novel grinding disc treatment. In contrast to the traditional grinding disc,slice sheet could be prepared with the novel grinding disc when the distance of the disc was greater than 0. 8 mm. This technique not only improved the physical properties of the sheet,but also reduced the beating energy consumption.
