摘　　要：云母纸和芳纶纸都具有优良的绝缘性能,云母纸的耐温和耐电压性能更好,而芳纶纸的强度远超云母纸。将两者结合制备芳纶云母纸兼具两者的优点。由于芳纶与云母的亲水性能和密度相差较大,制备芳纶云母纸主要考虑的是对芳纶的分散和改性,分散剂在纸中的残留会影响纸张的绝缘性能,因此是否加入分散剂是制备芳纶云母纸的主要差异。芳纶云母纸因其具有较好的机械强度、电气性能、透气性能、阻燃性能以及耐候性能,在电机、电线、变压器等绝缘领域发挥着重要作用。Mica paper and aramid paper possess excellent insulation properties. Mica paper presents better high temperature resistance and voltage resistance,while aramid paper is far stronger than mica paper. Aramid mica paper combines the advantages of both when combining the mica paper and aramid paper. The preparation of aramid mica paper is mainly concerned with the dispersion and modification of para aramid,due to the difference in hydrophilicity and density between aramid and mica. The residue of the dispersant in the paper has impact on the insulation properties of the paper. Therefore the main difference in the preparation of aramid mica paper depends on the addition of dispersants. Aramid mica paper plays an important role as insulating materials in motors,wires,and transformers because of its good mechanical strength,electrical properties,permeability,flame retardancy,and weathering resistance.
