射频组件中电源滤波电路的频率与瞬态响应

摘  要:为了研究电源滤波电路的频率与瞬态响应对射频组件指标的影响,推导了由电源的噪声电压密度和纹波电压带来的相位噪声和杂散的值。对比了各种实际电容的工程参数,对RC和LC低通滤波器的频域响应和瞬态响应进行了计算,对3种基本滤波电路的特点进行了比较。对电源电路中的谐振、上冲、瞬态及可靠性等问题进行了理论分析和电路仿真。仿真结果与理论分析一致,证明了理论分析的合理性。分析结果对射频组件中电源滤波电路的设计具有一定的指导意义。In order to research the influence of frequency and transient response of power supply filtering circuit on the specifications of RF components,the values of phase noise and spur caused by voltage noise density and ripple voltage are derived.Engineering parameters of different kinds of real capacitors are compared,frequency and transient responses in RC and LC filter are calculated,and characteristics of three basic filtering circuits are compared. Resonance,overshoot,transient response and reliability of power supply circuit are theoretically analyzed and simulated. Simulation results are coincident with theoretical analysis,and prove the rationality of the analysis.The analysis results can provide some reference for the design of RF power supply filtering.
