摘 要:目的探讨考察大学体育教师职业倦怠现状及其影响因素。方法采用职业倦怠量表、社会支持量表和简易应对方式量表对133名大学体育教师进行调查。结果不同特征的大学体育教师在职业倦怠的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社会支持总分(5.74±0.94)和倦怠总分(29.23±11.71)、情绪衰竭(10.89±5.11)、去个性化(4.99±3.71)、低成就感(13.34±7.06)均显著负相关(r=-0.41、-0.21、-0.29、-0.38,均P<0.01);积极应对方式(3.08±0.45)和倦怠总分(29.23±11.71)、情绪衰竭(10.89±5.11)、低成就感(13.34±7.06)均显著负相关(r=-0.34、-0.19、-0.35,均P<0.01);此外,消极应对方式(1.95±0.50)和去个性化(4.99±3.71)显著正相关(r=0.22,P<0.05)。社会支持和积极应对方式均显著负向预测职业倦怠(均P<0.01)。结论社会支持和积极应对方式是大学体育教师职业倦怠的保护因素,而消极应对方式是其职业倦怠的风险因素。[Objective]To study the job burnout status and its influencing factors among college physical education teachers.[Methods] Job burnout scale,social support scale and simplified coping style scale were used to investigate 133 college physical education teachers. [Results] The differences in scores of job burnout were statistically significant among college physical education teachers with different characteristics(P〈0.05). The total score of job burnout(29.23 ±11.71),emotional exhaustion(10.89±5.11),inhumanity(4.99±3.71),low personal accomplishment(13.34±7.06) were all significantly negatively associated with the total score of social support(5.74±0.94)(r=-0.41、-0.21、-0.29、-0.38,all P〈0.01). The total score of job burnout(29.23±11.71),emotional exhaustion(10.89±5.11),low personal accomplishment(13.34±7.06) were all significantly negatively associated with the score of positive coping styles(3.08 ±0.45)(r =-0.34、-0.19、-0.35,all P〈0.01). Moreover,the negative coping styles(1.95 ±0.50)were significantly positively associated with inhumanity(4.99±3.71)(r=0.22,P〈0.05). Social support and positive coping styles both could negatively forecast job burnout(both P〈0.01). [Conclusion] The social support and positive coping styles are important protective factor for job burnout,and the negative coping styles are important risk factor for job burnout.
