摘  要:目的研究青年男性一次平板运动对外周血细胞和心功能的影响。方法筛选健康青年男性21例,采用Bruce方案行平板运动试验,以次级量目标心率(220-年龄)×90%为终点。运动前1 h和结束即刻接受采血和超声心动图检查,并对比两组数据。结果 (1)运动结束即刻代表左心室收缩功能参数较运动前增高:左室射血分数(LVEF)[(65±4)%vs.(59±6)%,P <0. 01],和左室短轴缩短率(FS)[(33. 1±3. 4)%vs.(29. 1±2. 7)%,P <0. 01];每搏输出量(SV)未见显著变化。运动结束即刻左室舒张功能(E/A,PVS/PVD)较运动前轻度减低[(1. 0±0. 2) vs.(1. 5±0. 3),P <0. 01;(1. 2±0. 1) vs.(1. 7±0. 4),P <0. 01],运动结束即刻,室间隔和下壁在收缩和舒张期均出现组织运动增加[室间隔(0. 15±0. 03) m/s vs.(0. 12±0. 02) m/s,P <0. 05;(0. 17±0. 04) m/s vs.(0. 13±0. 02) m/s,P <0. 01;下壁(0. 13±0. 03) m/s vs.(0. 12±0. 02) m/s,P <0. 01;(0. 22±0. 12) m/s vs.(0. 15±0. 03)m/s,P <0. 01],而侧壁主要在舒张期出现运动轻度增加[(0. 19±0. 05) m/s vs.(0. 15±0. 02) m/s,P <0. 01]。运动结束即刻左右心房内径略减小,左房收缩功能(A峰值和PVA/PVA-t)轻度增加[(0. 7±0. 1) m/s vs.(0. 6±0. 1)m/s,P <0. 01;(0. 3±0. 08) vs.(0. 3±0. 04),P <0. 01]。(2)运动结束即刻较运动前,血液淋巴细胞轻度增加,而中性粒细胞轻度减少[(0. 43±0. 09) 109/L vs.(0. 35±0. 10) 109/L,P <0. 01;(0. 50±0. 09) 109/L vs.(0. 57±0. 10)109/L,P <0. 01],平均血小板体积测定、血小板计数及血小板比积测定均增高[(10. 7±0. 6) fl vs.(10. 6±0. 7) fl,P <0. 05;(234±43) 109/L vs.(214±47) 109/L,P <0. 01;(0. 25±0. 04) fl vs.(0. 22±0. 04) fl,P <0. 01],红细胞体积略微增大[(90. 3±2. 7) fl vs.(89. 8±2. 5) fl,P <0. 05]。结论急性运动可以引起心脏收缩功能代偿性的增加,室壁运动增加,代偿性的红细胞体积的增加,血小板的增加和白细胞分类的变化。AIM To study the effects of treadmill exercise on peripheral blood in young males. METHODS Twenty-one healthy young men were screened. cells and cardiac function A treadmill exercise test was performed with Bruce protocol. The secondary target heart rate (220-age) × 90% was used as the endpoint. Routine blood tests and echocardiography were performed 1 hour before and immediately after the exercise. RESULTS Left ventricular systolic function parameters increased immediately after exercise: EF [ (65±4)% vs. (59±6)%, P 〈0. 01], and FS [ (33. 1 ±3.4)% vs. (29. 1 ±2. 7)%, P 〈0. 01 ]. There were no significant changes in stroke volume (SV). The left ventricular diastohc function (E/A, PVS/PVD) after exercise was slightly lower than that before exercise [ ( 1.0 ± 0. 2) vs. ( 1.5 ±0. 3), P 〈 0. 01, ( 1.2 ±0. 1 ) vs. ( 1.7 ±0. 4), P 〈 0. 01 ]. Immediately after exercise, the interventricular septum (IVS) and inferiorwall showed an increase in tissue movement during systole and diastole [ IVS (0. 15 ±1. 03 ) m/s vs.(0. 12 ±0.02) m/s, P〈0. 05, (0. 17 ±0.04) m/s vs. (0. 13±0.02) m/s, P 〈0.01; inferior wall(0.13±0.03) m/svs. (0.12±0.02) m/s, P〈0. 01, (0.22±0.12) m/svs. (0.15 ±0.03) m/s,P 〈0. 01 ], while the lateral wall increased slightly during diastole [ (0. 19±0. 05) m/s vs. (0. 15 ±0. 02) m/s, P 〈0. 01 ]. The atrial systolic function (A peak and PVA/PVA-t) slightly increased after exercise [(0.7±0.1) m/svs. (0.6±0.1) m/s, P〈0.01, (0.3 ±0.08) vs. (0.3 ±0.04), P〈 0. 01 ]. The lymphocytes increased mildly and neutrophil granulocytes decreased slightly at the end of exercise [(0.43 ±0.09)109/L vs. (0.35±0. 10) 109/L, P 〈0.01; (0.50 ±0.09) 109/L vs. (0.57 ±0. 10) 109/L, P 〈0. 01]. The mean platelet volume, platelets count and platelet increased [ (10. 7± 0. 6) fl vs.(10.6±0.7) fl, P〈0.05; (234.3±42.9) 109/L vs. (214±47) 109/L, P
