摘 要:采用真空熔炼-浇铸工艺制备了铁基高硬耐磨板。利用硬度计、磨粒磨损实验机和Micromesure 2白光共焦三维形貌仪,分别测量了该板的硬度、磨损失重及磨痕深度,并与高铬铸铁和进口耐磨板进行对比。结果表明:铁基高硬耐磨板的硬度可达66~68 HRC,磨损失重为31.9 mg,磨痕深度为38.74μm;而高铬铸铁和进口耐磨板的硬度分别为55~58 HRC和63~65 HRC,磨损失重分别为74.6、54.8 mg,磨痕深度分别为155.80μm和〉1000μm。铁基高硬耐磨板具有更优异的耐磨损性。The high hardness Fe-based wearing plate was prepared by vacuum melting-casting technology. The hardness,wear mass loss and scratch depths of the plate was measured by hardness meter, abrasive wear tester and Micromeasure 2 white light confocal three-dimensional profile instrument, and it was compared with that of high chromium cast iron and imported wearing plate. The results show that the hardness of Fe-based high hardness wearing plate is 66-68 HRC, the wear mass loss is 31.9 mg, and the scratch depths is 38.74 μm, respectively. The hardness value of high chromium cast iron and imported wearing plate is 55-58 HRC and 63-65 HRC, respectively. The wear mass loss is 74.6 mg and 54.8 mg, and the scratch depths is 155.8 μm and 1000 μm, respectively. The high hardness Fe based wearing plate has better wear resistance.
