摘 要:试验选用原始TC4粉末与原始Ti B2粉末作为原料,采用粉末冶金工艺制备Ti Bw/TC4复合材料,热压烧结参数为1200℃/1 h/25 MPa。观察组织表面表明:原始Ti B2粉充分反应生成Ti B晶须并呈网状结构分布在原始TC4颗粒周围。摩擦磨损的试验表明:在15 N载荷下,TC4合金、含5vol%与8vol%Ti B2的Ti Bw/TC4复合材料摩擦系数分别为:0.3956、0.3652、0.2971;磨损量分别为:0.0211、0.0202、0.0173 g;在10 N载荷下,TC4合金、5vol%与8vol%Ti B2的Ti Bw/TC4复合材料摩擦系数分别为:0.1176、0.1092、0.0929;磨损量分别为:0.014、0.0133、0.0116 g。复合材料的耐磨性较TC4合金得到明显改善,并随着增强体Ti Bw体积分数的增加而增加。Base on the system of TC4 powders and TiB2 powders,the in situ TiB2 reinforced TC4 composites were successfully fabricated by the reaction hot processing.The parameters of the sintering processing were 1200℃/1 h/25 MPa.The results of the microstructures of the composites show that,the in situ TiB2 whiskers are heterogeneously distributed around the raw TC4 matrix,which can protect the matrix organization.The results of friction and wear testing show that,under the load of 15 N,the friction coefficient of the TC4 alloy,the 5vol%and 8vol%Ti Bw/TC4 composites are 0.3956,0.3652,0.2971,respectively.The wear quality are 0.0173/0.0211/0.0202,respectively.Under load of 10 N,the TC4 alloy,the friction coefficient of 5vol%and 8vol%Ti Bw/TC4 composites are 0.1176,0.1092,0.0929,respectively,the wear quality are0.014/0.0133/0.0166,respectively.With the reinforcing Ti Bw volume fraction increasing,the friction coefficient of the composite is reduced,wear is reduced,wear resistance is improved.
