摘  要:利用硅酸盐复合电解液体系,在ZL205A上采用微弧氧化法制备膜层。所用的工艺参数为:恒流控制,电流密度3 A/dm^2,频率500 Hz,终止电压450 V。利用扫描电镜对该膜层的形貌及结构进行分析;对膜层的化学成分进行分析;采用极化曲线评价膜层的耐蚀性。结果表明:所制备的微弧氧化膜层能提高ZL205A的耐蚀性。Using silicate composite electrolyte system, the coating on ZL205 A was prepared by micro-arc oxidation(MAO) method. The used process is constant current, current density of 3 A/dm^2, frequency of 500 Hz, termination voltage of450 V. The morphology and structure of the film were analyzed by SEM. The chemical composition of the film was analyzed.The corrosion resistance of the coating was evaluated by using polarization curves. The results show that the corrosion resistance of ZL205 A improves by preparing MAO coating.
