摘 要:研究了不同回火温度与正火温度对AAR TC128Gr.B力学性能的影响。结果表明:轧态钢板经不同温度回火后,抗拉强度出现下降,而在500℃及650℃回火时屈服强度降低,在550℃及600℃回火时屈服强度升高;经不同温度正火热处理后,其屈服强度及抗拉强度均出现下降,屈服强度下降幅度更大;热处理态较轧态钢板的冲击吸收能量值均大幅提高,回火较正火后的冲击吸收能量值更高;500~650℃区间回火后的冲击吸收能量值变化不大;850~910℃区间正火,随正火温度的提高,冲击吸收能量值为先上升后下降的趋势。The effect of tempering temperature and normalizing temperature on the mechanical properties of AAR TC128 Gr.B steel was studied. The results show that, the tensile strength of rolled steel plate decreases after tempering at different temperature. However, the yield strength of the steel tempering at 500 ℃ and 650 ℃ decreases. The yield strength increases when tempering at 550 ℃ and 600 ℃. The yield strength and tensile strength of rolled steel plate decrease after normalizing heat treatment at different temperatures, and the yield strength decreases more. Compared with that of rolled steel plate, the shock absorption energy in heat treatment state is greatly increased, and the impact absorption energy of tempering is higher than that of normalizing. The shock absorption energy value after tempering at 500-650 ℃ has little change. After normalizing at 850-910 ℃, with the increase of normalizing temperature, the impact absorption energy increases first and then decreases.
