摘 要:通过硬度和导电率测量并采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析技术,研究了不同固溶时效处理对Al-0.2Ni铝合金的组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Al-0.2Ni铝合金经600℃×12 h固溶+250℃×10 h时效处理后的组织和硬度最好,在此工艺处理下,Al-0.2Ni合金的硬度和导电率分别是30.883 HV、62.16%IACS。在固溶处理时,粗大的含Ni初生相大部分回溶,晶粒未发生粗化。固溶后200~400℃时效处理,合金的硬度峰值随着时效温度的增高而先升后降,在250℃时效时,随着时效时间的延长,Al-0.2Ni合金的硬度先增后减,而导电率略有升高。The effects of different solution and aging treatment on the microstructure and properties Al-0.2 Ni aluminum alloys were studied by hardness and conductivity measurement and using optical microscopy and electronic microscopy. The results show that, microstructure and hardness Al-0.2 Ni aluminum alloy after solution at 600 ℃ for 12 h and then aging at 250℃ for 12 h are the best. Under this process, the hardness and conductivity of Al-0.2 Ni alloy are 30.883 HV and 62.16%IACS,respectively. During the solution treatment, most of the coarse primary phases containing Ni dissolve, and grain coarsening does not occur. After solid solution and aging treatment at 200-400 ℃, the hardness peak of the alloy increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of aging temperature. During the aging at 250℃, with the increase of aging time, the hardness of Al-0.2 Ni alloy firstly increases and then decreases, while the conductivity increases slightly.
