摘  要:针对工业生产中常用的商品级纯铜,开展微尺度下拉深成形试验,研究了退火热处理工艺参数对微塑性成形的影响。结果表明,冷轧状态纯铜薄板在微拉深试验后易出现制耳并拉裂;而经过退火热处理的纯铜薄板则可顺利成形。这说明材料的热处理工艺参数决定了材料的晶粒尺度和形态,对微塑性成形工艺过程和成形质量产生重要影响。Aiming at the commodity grade pure copper commonly used in industrial production, the micro-drawing forming test was carried out. The effect of annealing process parameters on micro plastic forming was studied. The results show that, the cold rolled pure copper sheet is prone to forming earing and crack after microdrawing test. But the annealed pure copper sheet can be successfully formed. The results show that the parameters of heat treatment process determine the grain size and morphology of the material and have an important effect on the process and quality of micro plastic forming.
