摘　　要：目的评价脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-gel)在面部容量填充和年轻化中的作用。方法回顾性研究了自2017年1月至2018年5月南方医科大学南方医院整形美容外科进行面部脂肪移植的患者142例(SVF-gel移植86例,传统Coleman脂肪移植56例),利用Likert量表对患者满意度进行测评,并统计二次手术率。结果所有患者面部饱满度和面部轮廓均改善。SVF-gel移植组术后肿胀较轻,且二次手术率(16.3%)较传统Coleman脂肪移植组(33.9%)低(P=0.021)。SVF-gel移植组满意度高于传统Coleman脂肪移植组(P<0.001)。结论 SVF-gel在面部容量填充和年轻化中较传统脂肪移植具有明显优势。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of SVF-gel in facial volume filling and rejuvenation.Methods This investigation presents a retrospective study of facial fat transplantation in 142 patients（86 cases of SVF-gel transplantation and 56 cases of Coleman fat transplantation） from January 2017 to May 2018.Patient satisfaction was evaluated with the Likert scale and secondary operation rates were tallied.Results Facial augmentation and contour were improved in all patients.Patients in the SVF-gel group experienced less swelling and there was a lower secondary operation rate in the SVF-gel group than those in the Coleman fat transplantation group（16.3% vs 33.9%）.The satisfaction rate among the patients in the SVF-gel group was 76.8%,while that among the patients in the Coleman fat transplantation group was only 50%（P 0.001）.In addition,the skin quality of patients in the SVF-gel group improved significantly.Conclusion SVF-gel has obvious advantages over traditional fat transplantation in facial volume filling and rejuvenation.
