摘　　要：目的:寻找提高老年女性骨质疏松症(OP)患者服用阿仑膦酸钠的治疗效果的方法。方法:对48例曾服用阿仑膦酸钠的老年女性OP患者进行调查,并分析服用阿仑膦酸钠的持续时间与血清骨转换标志物(BTMs,包括I型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列、总I型胶原氨基端前肽和N端骨钙素)的关系。结果:老年女性OP患者服用阿仑膦酸钠的情况不容乐观,其中坚持服用阿仑膦酸钠(≥12月)者仅占33.33%;坚持服用阿仑膦酸钠(≥12月)的老年女性OP患者3个BTMs水平都明显低于未坚持(<12月)服用的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加强OP防治知识的宣传,延长服用阿仑膦酸钠的时间,可能是提高老年女性OP患者临床治疗效果的重要方法。Objective： To probe into the ways to improve clinic therapeutic effects of alendronate treatment in elderly osteoporosis women. Methods： A cross-sectional survey was conducted in a cohort comprising a sample of 48 elderly osteoporosis women. All subjects underwent a questionnaire survey on the duration of alendronate treatment and measurement of bone turnover markers（ BTMs,included lopeptide of type 1 collagen,N-terminal propeptide of type I collagen and osteocalcin）,and the relationships between the duration of alendronate treatment and BTMs were analyzed. Results： Out of 48 elderly osteoporosis women,16（ 33. 33%） patients had received alendronate treatment with a duration of 12 months and more. The levels of BTMs were significantly lower in elderly osteoporosis women who had persisted to accept alendronate treatment（ ≥12 month） than those in patients with a duration less than 12 months（ all P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： To strengthen patient education of osteoporosis knowledge,and to improve their adherence to alendronate treatment would help to improve clinic therapeutic effect in elderly osteoporosis women.
