摘  要:猫儿屎是目前尚未得到合理开发的工业树种,为了日后对其进行开发提供理论基础,本研究探索了猫儿屎种子萌发过程中的生理生化特性。以采自湖北神农架的猫儿屎种子为材料,进行了不同贮藏、光照、温度和种皮处理条件下的萌发试验以及不同萌发时期猫儿屎种子的过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶的非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳实验。结果表明:限制猫儿屎种子萌发的主要因素是种子自身未发育成熟,通过干藏处理可以使种子完成后熟作用,且干藏两年相比干藏一年能使种子发育更成熟,而湿藏方法则不能够使种子完成后熟作用;同时施加赤霉素(gibberellin, GA3)处理可以显著提高种子的萌发率;赤霉素处理可以有效提高过氧化物酶和酯酶活性,加速代谢效率,从而提高猫儿屎种子的发芽率。Decaisnea insignis is an industrial tree that has not yet been developed reasonably. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for its further development, this study explored the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Decaisnea insignis seed during germination. We used Decaisnea insignis seeds picked from the Shennongjia Forestry Districts in Hubei as material to do the seed germination test under different storage,illumination, temperature and seed coat treatments and to do the non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of peroxidase(POD) and esterase(EST) isozymes of Decaisnea insignis seed at different germination periods. The results showed that the main factors restricting the seed germination of Decaisnea insignis were that the seeds themselves did not mature, and the seeds need to be treated by low temperature dry stratification storage to complete after-ripening. In addition, dry storage for two years could make seed development more mature than dry storage for one year, while wet storage method did not make the seeds to complete after-ripening. At the same time, Gibberellin(GA3) treatment could significantly increase the seed germination rate. Gibberellin treatment could effectively improve peroxidase and esterase activity, speed up the metabolic efficiency, thereby improving the seed germination rate of Decaisnea insignis.
