摘　　要：背景:手指远节缺损为手外伤中较常见损伤,传统修复方法较多,均存在不足,寻找一种损伤小、修复效果好的方法仍是临床研究的热点。目的:探讨指动脉血管神经束残端蒂旋转皮瓣修复手指远节缺损的临床效果。方法:收集2011年1月至2016年10月应用指动脉血管神经束残端蒂旋转皮瓣修复远节缺损病例17例,缺损面积:0.8 cm×1.2 cm至1.0 cm×1.5 cm。切取皮瓣面积:1.0 cm×1.3 cm至1.2 cm×2.0 cm。结果:17例(17指)皮瓣全部存活。术后随访6~12个月,平均9.4个月。皮瓣颜色红润,质地接近正常,指端外形圆润饱满,两点辨别觉为4~5 mm。结论:指动脉管神经束残端蒂旋转皮瓣修复手指远节缺损手术操作简单、风险小且感觉、外观恢复良好。Background：Fingertip defects are common injuries in hand trauma,and there are varied repair methods.However,there are many deficiencies for these repairs.It is still a hot spot to seek a proper method with smaller injury and better repair results in clinic.Objective：To investigate the clinical outcome of digital artery rotation flap in the repair of fingertip skin defect.Methods：From January 2011 to October 2016,17 patients with fingertip skin defects were treated by the repair using digital artery rotation flap in Changshu No.1 People＇s Hospital.The size of the defects ranged from 0.8 cm×1.2 cm to1.0 cm×1.5 cm.The skin flaps were measured from 1.0 cm×1.3 cm to 1.2 cm×2.0 cm.Results：All the 17 flaps were survival.The mean follow-up period was 9.4 months（range,6-12 months）.All flaps had good circulation,texture,shape and color match.Two point discrimination was 4 to 5 mm.Conclusions：Digital artery rotation flap is an ideal flap for repairing fingertip skin defect with high survival rate,good function recover and satisfactory appearance.
