摘　　要：随着社会经济发展速度的加快,人们生活水平持续提高,城市用地不断增加,由此带来了绿化面积减少的问题,"屋顶花园"这一智能家居理念应运而生。论文从智能型家庭屋顶花园的概念出发,简要探讨了智能化屋顶花园的功能、设计原则及设计要点,以期为智能化建筑的发展提供一些新思路。With the acceleration of social and economic development speed, people＇s living standards continue to improve, and the increasing of urban land brought the problem of increasingly reducing of green land, and the smart home concept of ＂roof garden＂ came into being. Based on the concept of smart homes roof garden, this paper briefly discusses the intelligent function of roof garden, design principles and design key points, so as to provide some new ideas for the development of intelligent buildings.
