摘  要:较硬的矿石及临界粒子的存在会导致半自磨流程处理能力降低,因而在半自磨流程中引入预破碎是提升其产能的一种经济有效的方法。通过介绍预破碎的工艺特点,分析预破碎对半自磨流程的影响,总结了预破碎不同配置形式的优缺点,并结合国外一些预破碎的应用案例,阐述了增加预破碎在提高整个流程磨矿效率方面的优势,以期为国内半自磨流程的改造提供参考。Since the existence of high-hardness ores and critical-size particles reduce the throughput of comminution circuit with SAG mill, the addition of pre-crushing into SAG circuit is an economical and effective method to enhance productivity. The paper introduced the technical characteristics of pre-crushing process, and analyzed its influences on SAG circuit. It also summarized the advantages and disadvantages of various-configuration pre-crushing operation, and narrated the advantages of pre-crushing addition in enhancing the grinding efficiency of the whole circuit in combination with some pre-crushing application cases at home and abroad, which offered reference for the reconstruction of domestic SAG circuit.
