摘 要:通过对传统选粉机水泥联合粉磨系统物料流程、气流流程和设备自身特性的分析,结合组合式选粉机的结构特点,提出了组合式选粉机联合粉磨工艺。与传统的"辊压机球磨联合粉磨"工艺相比,组合式选粉机联合粉磨工艺系统在提产降耗、增加产品细度、降低水泥标准稠度需水量、提高水泥的抗压强度和抗折强度、优化投资成本和生产成本方面更有优势。After the analysis on the material flow, air flow and equipment characteristics of traditional combined cement grinding system with separator, the combined cement grinding system with united separator was proposed in combination with the structural features of the united separator. Compared with traditional combined cement grinding process with roller press and ball mill, the combined cement grinding system with united separator was superior in productivity increase and energy consumption reduction, improvement of product fineness, reduction of water demand for standard cement density, enhancement of compressive strength and rupture strength of cement, optimization of investment and production cost.
